Las Vegas 2025-2026 New Whole Roasted Pig Prices

BBQ Pits Explained:  We roast all of our Whole Roasted Pigs with our outdoor bbq pits with charcoal.  We cook our pigs the traditional way like the islands that comes out flavorful from within and outside. The process is not the same as an oven because it may take up to 3-6 hours to cook at a time. We generally will use 60-100 lbs to cook a tasty pig.  We advise our clients to please book in advance. Otherwise, we will raise our prices because it does take time to visit the Local Pig Farms to pick up your fresh pig. We do not buy frozen pigs, everything that we buy is from our Local Las Vegas and Surrounding Farms.
