  • Whole Pig + Half Cebuchon "Crispy Pork Belly"  (Fresh Pork Sauce will be created) Traditional Filling with Garlic, Green Onions, Onions, and Tul Tul Coconut Salt
  • BBQ Beef (Beef Ribs, Beef Short Ribs, Top Sirloin aka picanha, or rib eye)
  • Manok "Whole Chicken Roasted) or Chicken Inasal "Lemon Grass or Calimansi"

  • Whole Pig + Half Cebuchon "Crispy Pork Belly" Filling includes Shallots, Leeks, Onion, Truffled Roasted Garlic, Green Onions, Paste Rub that combines Tamarind, Kefir Leaves, Lemon Grass, and Calimansi that is infused into a Butter that flavors the inside of the pig
  • BBQ Ribs or Rib Eye that is Marinated with Kefir, Banana, Palm Sugar, and Asian spices
  • Coconut Guava BBQ Chicken, Lemon Grass Rotisserie, Passion Fruit infused Mole BBQ Chicken

Limited Bookings to hire a private chef

As the owner and Executive Chef for all of my contracted events, I offer an experience where I will cook for a small party of 10-50 people maximum at your venue, house, and private location. I would advise that my clients book within 48 hours in advance, not beyond that time because I might have a bigger event already booked. This experience will allow me to create a specific menu based on your preference in taste. I specialize in Thai, Japanese, Hawaiian, Filipino, Lehonero Cebuchon and Lechon, and Fusion Asian Food. I combine all countries to create a new menu. We will cook on location to give you the complete experience where I will explain how I can marinate, infuse flavors, and create your dishes for your guests to enjoy. I will have my staff to assist me as we prepare your food. We will treat this as a Fusion Omakase to enjoy each region that I have traveled to learn new recipes.
