We will roast 1 large pig that is ideal for a party of 50-60 people. We will cook the pig from a local farm. Lechonero Style cooking is cooked with mesquite charcoals for 4 hours. We will stuff your pig with green onions, Maui onions, garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns, and Aloha shoyu.
